Default Observer Auto-Camera: teh suck

I hate it, I turn it off every time I go to watch a match. All I ask it that I be given the option to have it off by default. If I'm seriously watching a match, there's no time in which I want my perspective to unexpectedly shift, just because some condition was met (mainly spikes and rezzes, from my limited experience in seeing what it jumps to). It's a small option, and one I'd very much appreciate.

Wait... I'm confused. What is the suggestion? I have not, as of yet, been able
to use this observer mode. But is it really such a hassle to turn it off?
